Refund Policy 

I take great care in making and packing every order. Because everything is handmade and designed for sensory play, all sales are final—returns and refunds aren’t offered for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please get in touch within 7 days at info@getmessy.co.nz, including a photo of the item and packaging. I’ll always do my best to help.

All parcels are tracked and require a signature on delivery. If you choose “Authority to Leave” (ATL), I’m not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur.
